There are so many hiring posts but why are all of them in Bangalore?

That's partly true due to many companies having an office in Bangalore, but it's equally difficult to land one. :)

This was the same 2yrs back as well Vividly remember that most openings were Bangalore based only Hardly any from Mumbai, Hyderabad or pune
