Wanted to know from people within or outside org, how good it is in terms of professional, personal, political and financial levels. I'm an MLOps engineer working in Deloitte now. Is job market recovering ? I m seeing so many job postings with 10+ lpa for freshers Still many complain abt bad market showcasing recent google layoffs I'm planning to switch , I'm not sure this is good idea or not!

Recently gave interview for post of Senior software developer. Hoping for an offer as all rounds went well. I wanted to get an idea about how well the company is doing or is it just another portfolio management app.Also what should be the expectation of offer range. Current experience: 4+

Recently had a chat with a recruiter from Hike about an open position. Heard they pay well, have good perks & a good work-life balance. Checked with some current employees & they seem to agree. Got any insights?
