I will be moving to Bangalore for a well paid software internship for 2 months. Any tips on networking, socializing, must try food item, city experience, todos, must dos, etc are welcome please.

Basically the title I'm visiting Bangalore for the first time, what all should I be doing? I'm a non - techie, working in the tech field (Web 3 specifically) so any recommendations for events, places to check out or people to meet would be highly appreciated! Also, is the Grapevine office open for curious visitors? Have heard its a view that makes Greeks jealous :3

Hi folks! Am new to the city, working for an MNC and recently got the role of Project coordinator (similar to PM) but along with this, I want start exploring the startup ecosystem here in Bengaluru. Am still figuring out my niche. Could you guys please suggest what kind of events I should attend to meet people, what are some of the X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram or any other such SM pages to follow so that I am relevant with the things happening here? I am up for part time jobs and apprenticeships if available to start immediately or after skilling up myself with the requirements. PS. As I am still finding my niche, any sector is good enough to begin with, but since I am a Biomedical Engineering Graduate, I would prefer something in the Medtech arena.

Hi, I am a 2023 graduate and currently working in a product based startup in Indiranagar. When I came to Bangalore a few months ago, it was all fun and exciting. I still love my work (working in multiple tech stacks). But somehow life outside the work has become somewhat boring. I do go on bike ride trips but again can't go every weekend. I play badminton and cricket sometimes but still feel bored sometimes. I don't go to clubs as I don't drink and smoke. Would love if you folks can suggest something?

(irrespective of whether it's a weekday or weekend) Don't suggest to find a hobby. That piece of advice is really easy, but finding a hobby is really difficult. So what are some things that we can do on free time in Bengaluru, where people don't flex their career in front of others?

What would be your advise for freshers graduating this year from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges with no hopes of campus placements given the current hiring scenario?

I'm currently a Data Analyst with 6 months of experience. I would like to get into AI/ML and Robotics field. Planning to transition from my current role next year. I'm not sure whether I should become a Software engineer (preferably Backend) or ML Engineer or some Data Science role. I'm currently in Bangalore. Open to relocating to any state (or even country). In the longterm, I want to do something that has both software and hardware in it. Please explain your advice if you can afford some time. Thanks in advance. P.S. Hey guys, I'll be moving to Bangalore by the end of the month. My office is in Kadubeesanahalli and has a hybrid setup (2 days a week in the office). Suggest the best places to accommodate under 20k including food. I would like to live alone. Thanks
