Future in Big 4 for internal audit

I work with one of the big 4s in audit department I am not really sure if there's an advantage to stay in big 4 audit department without CA or ACCA qualification. Is there any scope of growth in any of the big 4's, or shall i change my career path?

I am a new associate. All tasks assigned to me do not require any skills or a college degree. I feel like going through this will stagnate my skills. Every-time I show initiative, I do not succeed at making my team assign me more of the challenging tasks. Should I be more patient or look for another career or other big 4? I feel like a glorified admin assistant in my current audit role. Maybe even admins do more challenging work.

I am currently working as a Senior Auditor in a Big4 with 5 years experience in statutory audit. I am not a CA, so either I have to complete CPA to become a manager else I have to be in the same designation. I am looking for an option to switch job. Any suggestions what role could I be exploring?

Unfortunately, despite applying to over 300 companies in the last two months, I haven't received any interview calls. I realize that securing a job from India can be challenging. Hey guys, I thought of shifting from Internal Audit to Investment Banking, currently am working in Deloitte in Internal Audit Domain as Senior Risk Analyst. Reasons for Change in Carrer Path 1. Am seeing life of my seniors who are in the highest position, they have traveling all the time there is no way of personal time for those floks 2. Am aslo a recently qualified CMA and I don't think the future is bright for CMA's in Internal Audit. 3. Mostly importantly what am getting in this job is very less salary 4. Even now am very far fron Family and only god knows about my future if am still in Internal Audit. 5. Main problem is I have seen people (Client's employees) who are CA qualified with experience in Internal Audit are spending their most of the time in Vouching. Why I want to go to IB? 1. Pay is way more greater 2. No need to do all the repeated work 3. No particular certification / Profesional degree is compulsory 4. No need to travel more. This are my reasons could you guys please help out with your opinions. It would be so helpful.

Hi I am CA who is working in big 4 offshore practice in audit division. I want to move away from audit in a more diverse role. Is it possible to move from audit after 3 years at a decent increase in package if i am willing to learn new skills.
