Review of Juspay PM role

Hi everyone, can anyone please help how good/bad the PM role at Juspay is? I have been made an offer. I went through a coding round. The money is okay but not sure about learning. Seems to be a very flat organisation and hence dont think will find good mentors in there Can anyone help? How is the overall culture?

Don't join if you don't like tech. PMs in Juspay have to deal with a lot of code/tech related issues, senior management believes in PM dealing with tech so they can make better decisions with products.

Also 80% products run on functional programming in Juspay, i.e. Haskell - Backend + Rescript(react) - Frontend, so you'll be asked to understand them depending on the team.

Ideally they should segregate PM and Technical Manager but It's not that way right now.

Why is the PM doing a coding round? Is it TPM?

Even I faced the same. They have a coding round using leetcode. And kinda prefers to have people who can figure the code out. JusPay things

Product Manager Interview @ JUSPAY

Hi folks, has anyone here interviewed with JUSPAY for the PM position? Can someone share some insights, please?

Also if possible do elaborate on the coding round. I really wonder how much coding they expect the PM to do in an interview.
