Offer of 21.5 Lacks ctc has been offered to me which includes variable too for Deputy Manager post with 8.5 YOE. Any guesses or suggestions for payscale range for deputy manager in risk advisory In 2024.

I need help understanding if 31 LPA fixed + (2.5 lpa variable extra) is a right as per standards both ways either underpaid or overpaid. I am more comfortable in an MNC and wanted to get more insights before making a switch.
