So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.

For an average performer, 100% is variable is paid .. meaning 10% of your fixed will be paid .. Most of the years that I have stayed, been the case. This year, people have got lesser !

At times Deloitte won't negotiate, the CTC they have offered looks on par, so go for it.

Hi, I'm positive about an offer letter from Deloitte in a couple of days, can anyone share the expected pay range in this company for a 9.5yrs experienced candidate as per current market standard. Tech stack - Java backend developer (Microservices) + Cloud native + ci-cd tools etc.. CCTC - 16lpa.. ECTC - what % can I ask.? Note - 2 rounds of tech Interview went pretty well 8.5/10. Hi, i have DI offer in hand and cleared DUSI interview i am supposed to complete PHT for DUSI there is a question "Have you ever submitted an employment application to any deloitte india offices, its affiliates, or related entities in last six months?" i really want to join USI what do i do in this situation? can i discuss this with the Deloitte USI recruiter? if anyone was in the same situation as me what did you guys do?

Hi fishes, I have 3 yoe as Java, Spring Boot developer. I am serving notice period and current ctc is 7.92 LPA (6.48 fixed). I have an offer from Infosys 12 LPA (I guess 10.1 fixed) and today I'm gonna have a call with HR from DBS for offer negotiation. I am planning to ask for 15 Fixed. Please suggest me if I am asking for a reasonably fixed salary. Can I also ask for a joining bonus?? Kindly pen down any suggestions. #DBS #Infosys
