How's flipkart's work culture for a UI2 developer?

Why some company ask machine coding round in vanilla js even if they are hiring for react role? I was reading about UI 1 interview experiences in Flipkart.

Hi, recently got an interview call from Flipkart. Is it a good option to join Flipkart leaving Cred. Flipkart profile is Sde2 where as I work as Sde1 Backend at Cred Please help me in here 🙏

I got a offer from Flipkart director analytics for customer and pricing analytics . They are offering 80 fixed + 20% var + 40 lakhs esop . I think salary is less I currently work in Norway green tech full remote 1.2 cr + 20% variable . I have very boating work . Should I join flipkart taking paycut they are saying cutting edge work and huge esops in ipo. Yoe 17

Hey all, I have a machine coding round coming up at Flipkart for Frontend SDE-2 position. I wanted to know a couple of things - 1. Will it be vanilla JS or any framework specific ? 2. Is googling syntax/methods allowed in case you are stuck ? 3. Interview is for 2 hrs almost, what will the interviewer be doing? lol Please any insights will be helpful!

Tech Stack = Java, Springboot, Distributed System etc Microsoft Hyderabad Offer Base: 26 LPA Performance Bonus: 20%(5.2 LPA) Stocks: $40k for 4 years => Almost 8 Lac per year Relocation Bonus: 4 Lac CTC for 1st year = 44 LPA After one year, Total CTC: 40 LPA Designation = Software Engineer II(L61) – Consumer Identity Experiences Team Tech Stack = C++, windows Please suggest which offer I should choose and what factors I should consider when making my decision. Which organization will help me with my long-term personal growth, such as for 3-4 years?

I'm interviewing for a PM role at Flipkart. Done with 3 rounds and was told there at 3 more rounds? I think that's unusually high. What's the avg salary for PM at Flipkart? I'm interviewing for PM 1 but ideally would want a PM 2 role. Exp: 2 years as PM post MBA (tier 1) 2 years as Android dev and 8 months as PM pre MBA

Gave 4 long rounds for Flipkart sde 2 position. Did a decent job in all rounds (according to me). Now I am getting ghosted. HRs are not picking my calls from the last 6 or 7 days. Also saw a leetcode post today, the person had the same 1st round as mine so I think he got selected. Feeling very sad because this is the 3rd company that has ghosted me after taking all the rounds. HRs don't even have the basic work ethic to say yes/no on a 30 seconds call. Hey Folks, Cto of dukaan,Subhash, just posted a tweet saying they are hiring frontend devs. You are needed to clone a dashboard UI shared in figma with pixel perfection. I am a frontend dev with 2 yrs of experience. Can someone plz guide me if I should consider the oppurtunity? ( they have acquired a bad reputation lately) Is it a good place as far as growth in skills is concerned? How much salary can I expect at Dukaan and in general in the industry as a frontend dev with 2yoe ? Please Help!
