Am looking for a mentor

Hey Guys, I am a Data Engineer, working in analytics at a big 4 firm, with about 2yrs experience. Need a mentor to guide me, stuck in a job paying me below average salaries and I am quite unsure of what to do in my life. Please help.

I have been working for the past 7+ years in multiple domains and multiple technologies. My growth seems to be tapered off in the last 1.5-2 years. I'm looking for a mentor who has some good experience and can help me grow to the next level. I can pay if they need that and I respect that if they provide a good value. I have mentored multiple engineers over the past 7 years but they all have been juniors. I haven't been able to find people who are really good and have more experience than me. I'm an SWE with roughly 2 years of experience. At this point I believe my rate of learning has been strongly attenuated due to the lack of a mentor. Senior SWE's in the industry, what should I do? I want to increase my exposure. Having said that I am also completely unaware of the paradigm of a mentor and mentee. So if anyone can throw some light on that, it'd be really helpful.
