How do I decide what I wanna do?

I did my btech from IIT in 2022 and then have been working for the past 2 years. Now thinking of going for an MBA but confused about whether I should go to IIMs or go abroad for an MBA. I need help in deciding further steps as I want to plan it out for the year 2025. By that time I will have a work experience of 3 years. Also would be helpful if people can suggest which are the best sources and materials from where one should prepare for CAT & GMAT.

I am 22yo and just graduated from a tier 3 college with Btech degree. Currently placed in a startup as a Frontend Engineer CTC 7LPA remote. I am confused should I prepare for masters and do that or should I work hard in FE and switch after 1-2 year for better pay. And what one should do? Masters in Cs or MBA , I know both are different but still confused.

Hi guys, I am currently working in a MNC as ASE from Nov 2023. I am confused about the option to do further studies, or to continue working and switch for a better option. I am thinking of to do MS in AI or CS or whether to go for MBA. Could you guys give some advice about it. Thanks

So, I've been grinding away in the risk domain at a big financial services MNC for about 2 years now ( have total experience of 5 years from similar companies), pulling in around 30 lakhs INR. Recently, I got a bit curious about what else is out there, so I started poking around. But here's the kicker – every HR rep I chat with says my pay is cool, but they're eyeing up MBA grads from fancy schools for the budget I'm looking out for. Thing is, I know my stuff. I've snagged awards, jumped up the ladder faster. But now I'm starting to sweat about whether my lack of an MBA is gonna bite me in the rear down the line. Plus, with all the chatter about layoffs, I'm low-key freaking about whether my gig here is as solid as I thought. Any advice on how to navigate this maze? Should I bite the bullet and go for that MBA, or stick to my guns and trust that my track record speaks for itself? Appreciate any wisdom y'all can drop!

Hi everyone, A bit about me: I'm a 25-year-old female with a CTC of 4.5 LPA and around 2 years of experience. I was forced to resign from my first company, and currently, I don't have any job offers. Job hunting has been very challenging for me. Due to my negative first experience, I'm scared and skeptical about joining another company. Additionally, I don't expect a significant salary hike with a switch right now. I seek advice on pursuing a master's degree. Should I prepare for it? Is it worth it? Will it lead to a better package? I'm really confused between pursuing a master's and looking for another job. Any help, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Confused if i should go for MS CS from USA or stay in India, how would you decide? I have almost 5 years of experience as a software engineer in India. Its been a long time now, that i am confused if i should go to US for MS considering i will have to take up a loan of 50 lakhs. Also the layoffs are here, probably scenario will be good once the MS is over (May ‘24) , and i might be able to repay the loan. It seems like a huge step and a risky one. My motivation for US are 1. Foreign Exposure and Experience 2. Bank Balance for better retirement in India As IT is uncertain and we never know what might happen in future. What are your thoughts on this, what factors should i consider?
