What’s good hike % on fixed is good in current market scenario?
Considering an offer with 49% hike over current fixed comp, yet to negotiate.
% hike will always be relative to what you're currently making and how much is the current market value.
If you're underpaid then, even getting 100% hike is possible, but if you're in the upper band of market rates one can't realistically expect over 10-20% hike
