Need to grow big

I have over 7 years of experience as a Product Manager and I did amazing in the initial years but with time I feel I am having a setback :(. I was initially working in small companies but the exposure I received was immense, now I am in MNC and I feel I am not getting much exposure, and I feel the communication skills I possess are not up to the mark. How do I climb up the ladder and grow my over all skills?

I have been working in a small bootstrap startup ( 50 employees). The company is profitable and have great culture and ethics ( best out of the 4 companies I have worked for). I am expecting a decent salary hike (30%), career and learning growth. Should I look for a larger organisation or make up my mind for a long term career in my current organisation. P.S. I have 3 years of post- MBA experience and I have done Btech and MBA from premium institutes.

Doston, I'm a 26 year old, run-of-the-mill MBA grad who has just been coasting through life until a very recent and intense encounter with the perils of modern life. Background brief: Academics : 8/5/8; MBA from NMIMS Mumbai ~2yrs of work ex in sales; have worked in financial sales, currently working in non-alco bev sales I have very few hard skills and am not sure where to start. Still, I'm seduced by other lucrative jobs/profiles such as finance, PM, consulting, which feel inaccessible at this point. I've accepted that there's nothing I can do to change the past, but I'm seeking guidance on how to shape my career from this point forward. I started as a fresher at a big service-based company, faced a lot of politics, and was learning nothing. I realized I needed to leave it ASAP. I left it after 8 months, then was jobless for 2 months. After 2 months joined an early-stage startup, and was satisfied with my learning for a while, but in the backend team, there were only two people me and the CTO. And my dynamics with him didn't go very well. There was no culture as well, weekdays and weekends were the same. I was still fine with it but the guy (CTO) became very toxic and creepy. In 2 months, I started interviewing and I got into a mid-sized series B startup that had a good culture. I had to switch tech stack and it was more overwhelming than I thought initially. I tried to do good but I got laid off after working there for 10 months. All the way along I increased my package to a decent level. Now I feel super demotivated and underconfident and it's been 6 months since and I haven't taken up a job. With an increasing gap, I feel I have fucked up my career. In these 6 months, I have tried exploring different career options but haven't been able to crack any or have been indecisive and I feel I should just take up a job.

I did my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Worked my ass off during covid lockdown to grab a Software developer job. Number of hours spent on DSA and development for straight 3 years. I was able to grab a decent package being from mechanical background. Currently i am working in Accenture as a software developer -> Java full stack developer + Angular (12LPA ctc, 9 Base) I want to work in a product based company which has better opportunities for me because i feel there is very limited opportunities in accenture and somehow people do not encourage to go for them at all. I need guidance on which companies should i be looking for great opportunities, great tech stack, with good management. Salary is never a obstacle for me. I am just looking for growth at this point of time in my career. Currently i am back to DSA again for interview preps. Referrals are also well appreciated.

I am in sales for last 6 years and I come from a banking background ,I have an experience in B2B SAAS for 1.8 years now . I want to grow in my career, understand the industry . I am doing good but I have an urge to grow fast as all my friends have a good package and they are growing very fast,I feel left out and feel very bad of not having good package. Can I look for some analytics course ? Or any one would like to recommend me something which can upgrade my skills.
