[Urgent] Need a job

Hello everyone, I am currently in my final semester of college(Tier 1). I failed to secure a placement from on-campus placement drive. I am looking for off campus opportunities. Due to my family conditions I am thinking of applying for foreign startups who hire freshers from India, pay well(decent, I am not expecting very high pay) and remote work option. Thanks

Listen to me completely if you are a startup and read. So I have this ability to learn and create anything also solving the hurdle. Sounds complicated? I wanted to do designing I learnt figma and started to work as freelancer. I loved teaching went to small schools taught them science. I wanted to see how people get many views on LinkedIn and I tried and got 100k+ views. I got into coding and started freelancing by developing mobile,web and different apps. Felt I need to write so wrote a book. So I came to end of my college and I'm looking for a full time role and as this is my start of career I would love to join a startup. As I mentioned above I need a challenge and it's fine even if it's a stressful startup. I work at a product startup and it's been 1yr and 3 months now. It is my first job. We are an engineering group of 5 including the CTO. After 5 months I joined, we stopped our B2B product and started working on a B2C product which is very promising. But since last 6-7 months we are not getting our salaries and I don't know what to do. It's been hard finding a new job because most of them demand more than 2,3 years of experience. I would like to work on startups again for the intense learning atmosphere they provide. Can someone help

Eating organic food, drinking clean water 💦 and breathing clean air 🫁. More time for family and society. Getting good sleep with deep sleep more than 2h consistently. No regional holiganism. Life ain't kinda hullabaloo which used to be case in metro. Saving+investing 100% of my salary (thanks to my investments in last 7-8y) I want to sustain this and live like this for rest of my life. I am in late 20s and sitting on total 93L savings. It will cross 8d soon but am confused on how to go through sustainability. Please help me navigate. 1. I don't want to do job. Startup or Meaningful work is my calling. In Covid i worked for multiple startups and helped them in many ways. MVP to PMF, am good at marketing, sales, HR and tech. Planning to join a remote startup or start my own. But it should be meaningful startup not just a bigger fool game. 2. I Can do agriculture side by side as I have around 15acres of land. It can give output = Median package of tier 1 mba. Have ideas like growing stevia, alovera and other useful stuff instead of wheat n rice like my old generation. Then it will be huge but again have to convince father. Startups like dehaat are helping in this as well. 3. Get a good franchise in nearby city like sleepwell, Pizza Hut, kfc or tamo and get regular returns. 4. Put all money in FD and get 50k/m return and live a happy life. (50k is more than enough for family of 5 where I live currently) 5. I love reading, blogging, debating, quizzing on economics, geopolitics, spirituality, semiconductor, politics and tech. Can build an online business around this on YouTube and internet. Please guide me how to reach to correct idea and navigate properly with minimal risk. I don’t think I can do even one week more of job search. Bangalore Startup’s have lost it - I am being offered 4-6L peanut salary because I am fresher and need a lot of training but the assignments I get for the process are full on product launch-GTM case studies. I mean WTF It was better if I was looking for a sales role 4L salary and seedha normal sales interview. I don’t think how they think that I can make their GTM in under 2 days and at the same time need a lot of training.

I'm looking for someone who can review my resume and help me in grooming it. I'm currently working in a service based company, have work ex of spring boot and an IOT Platform. I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those. I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all. If someone can help me identify what I'm doing wrong, what can be improved and a resume review it'll be of great help. I need to talk so I would prefer in person, phone/video call.
