What steps should i take on how to find the right companies? How to apply/look out for the companies? Need some tips from experienced ones who bagged some good CTC. Should i resign my current organisation and start looking out for others or should i stay till I find the new one? Any inputs are highly appreciated :)

Heard that all IT firms have added good generative AI courses, maybe complete the AI courses available in Accenture and ask for an internal project transfer. Many tools and tech are getting automated you might face difficulties in future if you don't up skill and stay with the existing tools.
