Never sell that land. Reach out to home owners who are renting out property. Offer them to launder their rental income for a 10% cut. People who are in 30% bracket will happily agree. They can now can show the rental income collected in black as agri income for using your land. You can start with your friends and family first.
In thr meantime go ahead and use the land for any other agri related purpose.
If I was you I would sell it off in an instant. Financial freedom is mind blowing. You can go anywhere, take risks, explore stuff and do what you want without worrying about cash. Your life can completely flip in a couple of years.
Sell some. See price rise then sell some more. Sell slowly to offset the tax burden.
