Guys I have land worth 2.16acres where approx 45 3040 sites can be constructed and currently per plot of 3040 selling somewhere to 15-18lakhs
Is it good idea to sell all in 1/2years? Get retired while keeping 50% FD and 50% in Nifty 50?
And do freelance or remote small work which I really care about???
