Hey guys, I've been a career HR for about 9 years. Worked in large organizations, and a Unicorn startup. Finally transitioned to a CoS role at an early stage, well funded startup. I have the product roadmap and company roadmap laid out in my head, but I have no tech background whatsoever. Right now it is at the idea stage, and I'm conducting primary research.
