How's the work life as engineering manager at American express Bangalore, India?
Pretty chill but lack of growth. From what I’ve heard it’s a retirement centre with lack of salary hike. People join to cost and retire.
Depending on service area, you could be working on the cutting edge or support tickets. Regardless, low expectations and in general chill scenes as per my friends in AmEx Bangalore. Apparently, AmEx Gurgaon is pretty good in this regard and a lot of senior leadership works out of there.
