Never sell that land. Reach out to home owners who are renting out property.  Offer them to launder their rental income for a 10% cut. People who are in 30% bracket will happily agree. They can now can show the rental income collected in black  as agri income for using your land.  You can start with your friends and family first.    
 In thr meantime go ahead and use the land for any other agri related purpose.

Hi all, I need suggestions. I am 32 and I have properties worth 3.8cr and my net is 2.7cr. 

I want to sell these properties and retire and live on the returns from fixed deposits.

My expenses are 1 lac a month. I have already invested for my child's education and insurances are covered for upto 75 years of age.

I also have some clients where I work as a free lancer and make 50k per month. I also have mango farm where I get avg 40k  monthly income.

What should I do to reach 100 cr in 10-15 years?

I'm an ambitious person who can work his ass off. But I lack direction, I don't know what I should do to get there.

Any answer can give me a better perspective. But please refrain from questioning the ambition.

 4. Reach out to your customers before your morning coffee, helps set the tone for the day.

Real estate in blr seems super saturated. Are there good places where you can still buy plot in decent prices? Or start any new business (not a scaled startup) ?

Getting good sleep with deep sleep more than 2h consistently. No regional holiganism. Life ain't kinda hullabaloo which used to be case in metro.

Saving+investing 100% of my salary (thanks to my investments in last 7-8y)

I want to sustain this and live like this for rest of my life.

I am in late 20s and sitting on total 93L savings.

It will cross 8d soon but am confused on how to go through sustainability. 

Please help me navigate.

1. I don't want to do job. 
Startup or Meaningful work is my calling. In Covid i worked for multiple startups and helped them in many ways. MVP to PMF, am good at marketing, sales, HR and tech. Planning to join a remote startup or start my own. But it should be meaningful startup not just a bigger fool game.

2. I Can do agriculture side by side as I have around 15acres of land. It can give output = Median package of tier 1 mba. Have ideas like growing stevia, alovera and other useful stuff instead of wheat n rice like my old generation. Then it will be huge but again have to convince father. Startups like dehaat are helping in this as well.

3. Get a good franchise in nearby city like sleepwell, Pizza Hut, kfc or tamo and get regular returns.

4. Put all money in FD and get 50k/m return and live a happy life. (50k is more than enough for family of 5 where I live currently)

5. I love reading, blogging, debating, quizzing on economics, geopolitics, spirituality, semiconductor, politics and tech. Can build an online business around this on YouTube and internet.


Please guide me how to reach to correct idea and navigate properly with minimal risk.

For those whose have invested in properties (residential), and those who chose not to - is it ideal for me to take a loan to buy a house for my parents. It’s price is ~1Cr and I’d be taking a loan for 5 years. I am wondering if a liability would hamper my growth (personally or professionally), or would this be a worthwhile investment. I've got a package around 40 LPA with 4 yrs exp, with 1.8L as take home

Now, my parents are looking to buy a house at my home town (tier 2 city). It costs around 65L, so have to a loan of around 50L which will be around 65k EMI every month for the next 10 years

Also I'm passionate about working on side projects doing some part time gigs, share around 40k to my family for their needs. This house loan will have a burden on me for sure, do you think it's the right decision to take home now or maybe postpone it to later?

Residential Plot we Just bought from our Indian Stock Selling - 90L
Equity - 40L
Crypto - 6L
US Stocks - 26L
Mutual Funds - 10L
NPS and EPF - 22L 
Cash - 6L 

I have not factored in inheritance of about 1CR which will be passed on to us in a long time but I don't want to count that as mine I want to pass that to my son... As that will be his not mine! 

3.5 year back I had a educational loan of 17L and my Wife had Equity of 17L so basically we were at 0 at that time... 

Nothing has changed at all for me... And I do not think even 10-20CR would change me too 😉 I am still a confused stupid... And will be forever ♾️

I have resigned from my current job as I was not satisfied.. I am looking out for more opportunities outside so that I can build the house with that money! 

Even with 2 CR I don't think I have achieved anything ... I have a long way to go from here ☺️

Hello All, I have some spare liquidity from my parents, 2-2.5cr (in the form of property at my town). I live in Gurgaon, have lived in Saket for 5 years before this. I am thinking of shifting that property from my town to NCR. Primariy outlook is I can live in my own house, will save rent per month (70k) out of my inhand salary of 3.5 Lakh per month. Can’t invest that property value in any other asset as a good % (>60%) of the value is off book in that area. 

I don’t know where to start this research, whom to connect with. Since its a big thing don’t want to do anything random. Any suggestions ?
