I need a data analyst or related job

Hi. I am currently working as an SQL Engineer - Support with almost 2 years of experience and 6 months of internship experience as Business Analyst (Stakeholder Management). I want to switch to Data Analyst profile as that was the field that I wanted to pursue my career in but due to the COVID pandemic, I accepted this profile. I have done MCA from a Mumbai University affiliated college in 2022 and have an understanding of the general Data Analyst stack (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python). I have also completed various personal projects for my portfolio on the technologies mentioned above. I have been applying for various Analyst/BI/Data Analyst related jobs since last year's October but haven't heard back from anyone. I want to understand what I am doing wrong or how should I change my approach regarding the job switch. Any suggestions/guidance is welcomed.

I am from a non CS background. Worked as a freelancer in my field in 2021. Took a break in 2022 to figure things out. Now I have a good portfolio in Data field. Would like to know which companies are looking for fresher Data analysts to join them... Been applying on LinkedIn, Wellfound and other job boards, only 1 called me for an interview so far and I have failed. Most don't respond to my applications. Couldn't DM people on LinkedIn, because they have premium. Would love to get a referral or let me know any companies that are hiring for Data roles. Preferably startups, small companies and any company with below 5000 employee count.

Hey there everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day. I'll get straight to the point, I've been applying for jobs for last 3 months and i haven't got a single call back or interview calls from anywhere, I've applied to 100 of companies, from entry level job to mid senior level job, I've tried every job portal, I've tried getting referrals, hell I've sent 500+ cold emails, I've also tried tailoring my resume for the role. Now a little bit about myself: I'm currently working as a product analyst and have 3 YOE. I did my b.tech from tier 1 college and graduated in 2021. Right after graduation i got a job with a decent package. So considering my profile and YOE, it shouldn't be this hard tp get a job or even a call back!! Can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?, or anyone care to give any tips. Ps: why the hell are companies asking for 5-6 YOE for an analyst profile??!!! Thanks y'all Cheers

Hi, I am a postgraduate student (M.tech in electrical engineering).I have a undergraduate student (B.E/b.tech,)teaching experience of 6.5 year before marriage and after marriage I discontinued working due to location issues since 2.5 years. Now I want to restart my career in IT sector since many wfh roles are available . I am aspiring for data analyst roles. Trying to build required skills from YouTube and other available platforms. But since from non-IT background unable to have clarity whether I am on right approach, will I ever get job through this process or I am just wasting time. Pls guide me.

Recently I joined an NBFC in data analytics and there is no such analysis work here. I'm only publishing MIS reports on a daily basis and nothing else. There is no analysis work, everything they are doing on Excel only. Since 2 months I'm in a lot of anxiety and stress. There are no interview calls. This year i gave only 1 interview in 5 months, that was on last friday only. I don't know what to do now, it has become a loop now. Study and apply for the openings while you don't get a single call from anywhere. Need suggestions and help from you all experienced folks 🙏🙏

Hello People, I am from non-tech background but I need technical job. I did BSc in 2020 and thought to do goverment job preparation but due to some tragedy happend in my family I was unable to do anything for my career for more than 2 years and after that I got to know that I can learn skills and apply for IT jobs. I have done course on fullstack in 2023 but i did not got a single call or job offer for fresher. I am really fed up now and depressed. I have to look after me myself and do everything bcz of no leader in my family. Plesse suggest me what shall I do. Is it fine to apply jobs with fake experience? Will that help and will it be fine? I have been applying for data analyst and junior data scientists role for the last 3 months but not getting enough response. I apply for more than 20+ jobs on daily basis lekin tab bhi kuch nhi ho rha hai. I have built 2 project on ML, 1 on NLP and 3-4 good project on data analytics. I graduated in May 2023 then I decided to learn Data science ( uske pehle bhi college me 3-4 mahine thoda padha tha) now I have so many doubts regarding my career and rejection - Just because I'm fresher that's why they are not choosing me ?? - I'm from non-tech ( Bsc) .. isiliye - or current job market hi accha nhi hai Ab to kabhi kabhi apne decision pr regret bhi hota hai. To solve the experience issue I have decided to do a decent marketing job (only for 6-7months) so that I can show it in my CV aur kuch savings bhi kr lu. Please guide me if you guys have any advice for me. Thanks.

Hi guys, I am Prakhar. I was an UPSC aspirant since last 5 years and it didn't culminate in success. Now I want to start my journey in IT. I have been preparing for DevOps and Business Analyst role and have gathered skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, AWS, Shell Scripting, SQL, Power BI. If you have any leads regarding these roles please help me out. I am in a great need of a job, even an intership will do.

I have done btech from a tier 2 colg in civil engineering (2015 pass out). There after I worked for 2 yrs and left my job for UPSC preparation. Now after 4 years I am stuck without job. I want to get into IT sector, what should be the roadmap. My strengths: strong hold on mathematics, aptitude, and English. My weakness: never coded before. Shall I go for SDE roles or Data science. I am a bit confused because I am new to this field with no experience and a gap of almost 5 years

I am a working professional with 2 years of experience in Customer service serving clients globally till 2022. In 2023 started my data analyst training to get into It companies for the technical domain and In 2023 end started working as a business analyst for a Pvt Ltd company and left because of the mental distress due to company policies and left the job, move to hometown to get better. Now I am working with my friends startup and do not have many projects in hand I wanted to help him to get more projects so I started working on freelance platforms to get projects. Teammates can guide me to get more projects so that I can help my friends startup to get a financial fit. Also i am looking for another job because I am not able to learn more with him 😞.
