HR Disappears after first message

Even after clearing assignments, interviews why it's so hard for HR's to respond? I don't care if I am selected or not but I want the feedback if I didn't make it.

Why HR recruiters won't let us know that we are not selected after an interview? They won't even reply to mails, lift calls or respond to messages

So recently I interviewed in many companies including google, Microsoft, Amazon I have seen common pattern that HR not being transparent with candidates. They keep hanging candidates in between and not reply to text, email, messages, calls. Even if candidate is rejected why can’t they email or call to give feedback. Is this job really hard ? “If I will get a chance to snap out one profession from earth I will snap out all hrs, recruiters out there.” Ps:- Google ppl was very transparent throughout process one of best experiences for me .

I’m applying to jobs but getting no response from hrs. What to do 😞

Need answer to just one thing. Do you guys intentionally ghost candidates or do you guys intentionally ghost candidates? 🙂

Most of the queries asked here should be sorted easily if an HR can respond with their insights, but i rarely see any HR participating in discussions, maybe we don't have that many HR's here ? Or maybe you folks want to stay the same as you are on the job, totally useless.

Hey folks from some couple of months trying to reaching out with friend connection for HR vacancy but all are being no reaponse once a period there was where i was trying helping them to land a job for them now i am jobless sitting at home applying contacting all for HR vacancies through linkedin naukri indeed but no response. Very disappointing for me not a getting single refer from anyone. Guys if anyone has any opening in his organization whether it is startup or mnc or mid level company plss comment me plss need some favour from grapevine colleagues. I have 1 YOE in HR currently looking for Bengaluru Pune hyderabad and Mumbai location. Plss guys any lead will greatly appreciated. Thanks Sahil

I gave my 3rd round of interview on last Friday and it went very well. I was told it was the last round and I was looking forward for an offer. But recruiter is telling me from the past 3 days that she hasn't received any feedback still and she should receive it soon ( the guy who took my interview was from US team). Is she bluffing?

Moreover, HR professionals sometimes request comments like "yes" and "interested" without providing a direct link to apply, promising to "get back to you soon" but rarely doing so. LinkedIn's feed also appears inundated with content geared towards gaining followers rather than delivering valuable insights. While there is a demand for followers, it often comes at the expense of substantial content. It's a situation that can be disheartening for those seeking genuine job opportunities and meaningful engagement on professional platforms. Have you noticed this as well, or is it just me?
