Need SAP TM Training

I want to learn SAP (any module, I am having technical background) and wanted to be functional consultant. Authorised SAP learning partners are very costlt. Any guidance please ?

Guys, I am planning to pursue SAP Successfactors certification as I have 15 years of experience in HR. Also, I have implemented SAP Successfactors in my 2 previous organisations as an HR admin user. I am exploring a training institute who will help me with proper certification and initial live projects to learn. I came to know some fake institutes are fooling job aspirants. Hence, experience guidance from you guys.

I have 2 and half years experience in SAP PM, I am trying to get certified in SAP ABAP on HANA as well so that I can become techno-functional, will be able to handle tasks end to end.
