Hi everyone , I am currenly working in Capgemini as a Full Stack Developer from 2.6 years. Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . My Current salary 4.5LPA. Any help would be helpfull.

I am looking for new jobs and cleared rounds with Publicis Sapient. I would like to know about this company since I have no clue about it and Internet has mixed reviews about this company. Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

I am aggressively looking for a job change. I am frustrated with my current company to the point where I could just resign and sit at home but I don’t want to work in this toxic environment even for another day. Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet) Did I lowball myself? Not sure which band this role would fit in. Any expert opinion(s) from gentle folks?

I am looking for a job switch, cuz i am not getting paid much (10 LPA), and on top of it currently on verge of layoff (company getting acquired). Looking for a job switch and good work, that's it. I am currently working on Python, Kubernetes, OpenStack etc. I have a good understanding of backend engineering, a good hold of DSA, have been part of a prestigious open source program during my college and have around a year of overall internship experience (excluding FT ex).
