Hello folks, I have 6.7 years of experience, worked at various product companies like Siemens and right now working at a early stage startup that recently laid off the engineering team. I am looking for new jobs and cleared rounds with Publicis Sapient. I would like to know about this company since I have no clue about it and Internet has mixed reviews about this company. I would like to know about the work culture, projects and overall work life balance. Thanks in advance for any input. Really appreciate.

Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

WLB boundaries at work.

How do you define work life balance boundaries at work? Everyone in my team works 10-12 hrs daily, it’s business as usual for them. I joined recently and it’s very problematic for me, I literally get no time to do anything else. I fear, that if I highlight this I’ll be singled out. Some people even feel very proud in doing so which I don’t understand. Don’t they want to go back home to their family and spend time with them? Please provide guidance on how to set these boundaries and am I thinking right?
