Need to Switch a company

Hey grapevine folks, I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call. Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. I am into front-end development, specialising in Angular with 2yoe. Any leads would help greatly.

Hi everyone , i am currently working as 1yr exp dev working in startup which recently had taken series of layoffs . Though i am saved i now am trying my best to switch but sadly not getting response. Please suggest few strategies. I have already tried commons ones like cold mails , linkedin , naukri , insta hyre, recruiting agenices etc. . I apply a lot but dont recieve any response. Please suggest some ways

I’m currently working in CTS as PA with a package of approx 4.3 LPA. It’s been 2 years here and it’s a complete waste of time. First, they put me on bench after training and then recently, in Dec’23, onboarded me in a project. I’m looking for a change since there’s no learning at all here. Would be great if any of you good help me with an opportunity. Preferably a position requiring knowledge in Snowflake. 1st Company(MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 1.6 years. Left yoluantarily in order to prepare for GATE 2nd Company(startup | Name doesn't Appear in PF) - Worked for 1 year. Was let go citing performance reasons(Which was completely bullshit) It was just the beginning of Covid 3rd Company(Startup | Name Appears in PF) - loined in the month of June 2020. Worked for 2 months and suddenly they terminated me in 3rd month since 1 was still in probationary period and they said, my performance was not upto the mark/Which I don't believe) 4th Company/Mid Size Company | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 11 months. My parents were looking for a match for me. Left voluantarily, in order to get a high CTC. No problems here 5th Company/MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Currently working here. It's been almost 1.11 years and counting One of my frien d had referred me to GE through his senior and the feedback that he got was,I have changed many companies in short span of time. So my question is this: Iwill remove the second company from my resume and add that experience to the 3rd one while giving interviews or when the recruiter asks for the cv. And then once everything is over and at the time of offer release I will provide the proper documents to HR for bGV. will this work? Has anyone tried this in the past? The problem is, I cannot completely remove 2nd company as it would reduce my exp and it will create unnecessary problems w.r.t my passing out date and relevent exp And I cannot remove the 3rd company as it's name appears in pF forms. Hope you guys are able to see my dilemma here. Any/all help will be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

But when I think about switch, I remember about 3 Month Notice period. How should I proceed with other company while this type of Notice Period. Can anyone suggest me

I'm looking for someone who can review my resume and help me in grooming it. I'm currently working in a service based company, have work ex of spring boot and an IOT Platform. I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those. I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all. If someone can help me identify what I'm doing wrong, what can be improved and a resume review it'll be of great help. I need to talk so I would prefer in person, phone/video call. I don't know whether to share it in public, For the first time I am requesting everyone if anyone is hiring for banking operations. Please let me know I am open to work 🙏 I have 9 years of experience in US Mortgage in Title Search(Operations) and Banking experience is 1.2 I got laid off in the year of 2022 due to mortgage rates fluctuations. 2023 From May I switched my career into banking sales. Not satisfied with the sales role but If am not working then it will be difficult for me to run the family I didn't give up till today. Can Someone help me to get into the backend Operation roles. However I decided to switchback to the same domain few companies are not ready to pay not even 35k salary also and the company where I worked I begged them for rejoining they accepted they told me they will give Same when I left the organization. In this organisation nearly 6 years. That's what the respect we have there. Please help me to get into better job where it really help me to grow.
