Difficulty to get into ISB

Hey folks, have been thinking if MBA is what I should do next. I'm keen on cracking ISB. What is the GMAT score I should aim to get and in general what does it take to get into ISB ?

Very confused and have very less time to finalize

I currently hold a SDE position with 2 years of experience, and I've come to the realization that coding isn't my ideal career path. Consequently, I'm contemplating pursuing an MBA primarily to transition into an executive role and have better growth opportunities post-MBA. My current salary is 18 lakhs per annum, while I've observed that the average packages at ISB hover around 35 lakhs per annum. And the fees is around 40-45 lacs. Does it seem reasonable to pursue an MBA? I understand that it might take 3-4 years to break even in terms of costs, but in relation to gaining experience and expanding my professional network, is this a step I should genuinely consider?

Thinking of preparing for top IIMs now. Profile: X/XII/Btech = 86/91/8.96 How much percentile needed for IIM-ABCLKI for a General Engineering Female(GEF)?

Quick context: I have 4 years of workex in the field of digital marketing and my age is 25. Package is in the range of 12-15 LPA (without esops). Currently working with a reputed unicorn startup. I have scheduled my GMAT in next few months but going by my prep I don't think I'll get the cutoff off for ISB. Is it gonna be the end of the world or should I continue preparing even if I'm going to a B school at the age of 27/28 ? Could use some advice from you folks 🙏
