ISB or IIM A PGPX, I have 5 years of workex.
Not adding a poll as I am looking for someone to share their experience.

He/she specifically asked for an experience which is why it's not a poll. Quoting it to be IIM-A or ISB alone adds no value.

If you are in pure tech role currently do ISB - with expectation that you will get more generalist options T isb. Otherwise, if you get top 25% roles at pgpx you are set.
@SameChange9 Hi, what are these top 25% roles ? Are these different from PM/Program Management

These are the better roles that you get in every function. Eg for PM you can get into Microsoft/FK/rocketship startup (a top 25% role) vs PM in a not so high profile company.
Money wise too top 25% roles CTC is 50L+ whereas there are roles with <22L CTC as well.
As long as you are able to get the top roles coming to campus for your function you have a guide launchpad.

What's your current CTC and where do you expect to move to?
What industry are you working in and do you plan to shift?

Depends on what you are looking to get out of these institutions:
ISB:
Pros: great network, you'll have fun 1 yr + land a decent job
Cons: very expensive, it'll take time to get the roi of your investment; academics is not ISB 's forte. This year's placements were not good, but i think all b-schools are struggling.
IIM A:
Pros: Again good network, not sure if PGP and PGPX interact as much coz majority folks are from PGP.
Cons: TBH not heard any so far, maybe some one who has done the course can share these with you.
P.S: ISB alum here
My manager is from Isb co’20 and had 5 years of experience, he chose Isb over Iim a, Hec bcz
1. Stronger brand for 1 Y Mba globally
2. Pgp is a flagship program
3. Larger & diverse batch so more networking
4. Smoother placements
For pgpx - the batch is kind of second to 2Y, placements are not as mature as 2Y, its positioning towards recruiters is still confusing.
Can you share details of your profile, score and current salary? I know this is a lot but currently I'm also looking for n mba in my career

Pros - Both are good but as far as the 1 year executive MBA is concerned , I would say ISB is better because it's highly ranked, became 1 of the top in last few years in flagship , ranked higher in financial Times and better product Management and management consulting cohort if you actually looking to go for
any of these
Cons - ISB has higher fees
