Please guide

I am a 2023 passout. My first 3-month internship started in December 2022, where I worked as a Shopify developer using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and its own language, Liquid. I left it since I had no interest in Shopify. I was hired as a React developer, but instead, they gave me Shopify. My second internship was also for 3 months, where they assigned me React Native but paid me too little. I don't have the internship certificate for this. In my third company, they again gave me a 6-month internship with the possibility of full-time later. I am currently working with Node.js, React, Docker, and Jenkins. My internship has been converted to full-time now. What more skills should I explore to increase my package? Currently, I am earning 4 LPA. When I switch, can I show my previous intern experience as an experience? And can the internship in my current company be counted as experience?"

Hi viners, I am a 23 pass out and I joined an organisation from my college placements, which is a startup in a metro city which works on web dev and web3 domain basically. So in the first 6 months of my internship, I got some exposure of frontend, web3, solidity and then gained interest in backend. Later on when I got full-time offer, was deployed on a US based project where I am working on the profile of a 9 years experienced node js developer as a ghost developer since last 8 months and it has been smooth so far, I have handled most of the things and I am performing well, my manager is also quite impressed with me there but I am not seeing any personal growth or professional growth working there as it has reached kind of a saturation and I am not learning anything new. So, please help me out with some suggestions if you have any? And also now I am a 1+ years experienced full stack dev with knowledge of web3 and blockchain stack, so any job reccs will also be appreciated, as my priority is to switch as early as possible

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?

I have completed my B. Tech few days ago. Working in a small startup for 3lpa and I am not getting any projects to work. Initially I was trained to work in spring boot . Now they are told to learn devops and so I learnt them and now I'm not have any work related to cloud also.Sitting simply throughout the day. I have joined the company as intern in july 2023. Any Guidance what to do what to learn. I'm currently learning DSA. I have knowledge in spring boot, AWS and some devops concept.

In 2016, my tech journey began in Bangalore as a Java developer intern at a small startup. Learning and gaining industry experience were my main goals, and the internship was unpaid. After six months, I was offered a permanent position. Although I never got the promised salary of 2LPA, I was happy to have more opportunities to learn and upskill myself. I learned front-end development, built an Android app, and deepened my backend expertise. It was a phenomenal learning experience. In 2018, I transitioned to a full-stack developer role at a Fintech company. Initially, the growth in learning and earning was decent. However, things took a turn. Upfront, I admit I wasn't overly concerned about income due to a comfortable family situation. Now things have changed drastically. Until now, I was not regretting the career choices I made but now I don't know exactly how to feel. Despite management's promises of a decent raise for the past two years, there has been no progress(Current - 8 LPA). Currently, I'm actively upskilling java and exploring new opportunities as a backend developer. Your guidance on aligning my salary expectations with market standards would be invaluable. I am a frontend dev, I had 8 months of internship experience where I worked as a frontend dev intern Plus now I am working full-time as a front-end dev in another company and have five months of full-time work experience here. Does my internship experience also count when I look for a new job or only full-time experience would be considered? I am looking for a switch so can I apply for 1+ yoe jd
