In need of Guidance

I have completed my B. Tech few days ago. Working in a small startup for 3lpa and I am not getting any projects to work. Initially I was trained to work in spring boot . Now they are told to learn devops and so I learnt them and now I'm not have any work related to cloud also.Sitting simply throughout the day. I have joined the company as intern in july 2023. Any Guidance what to do what to learn. I'm currently learning DSA. I have knowledge in spring boot, AWS and some devops concept.

I'm 2023 btech grad, I have selected in virtusa, LTIMindtree and dxc but none of them are giving response to full time. They are just delaying the process. I'm worried about my future, and confused what to do, so that I land a job. I have knowledge of core java, sql, basic dsa(leetcode 150+) and very basic project(that don't come in mini project category). What to do? ... should I prepare dsa or do backend in java? ... or just wait for the on boarding

Hey Folks, I am a final year BMS grad from DU with over 14 months of internship experience at various startup’s as a generalist intern. I am out looking for a job but every startup needs immediate joining whereas I have 3 months of college left and I see no point in interning anymore. How should I spend the next 3 months so that I can get an offer easily when I pass out ? Also : Open to interviewing 😛

( RANT ) Currently in my 2nd year of engineering in a good college in Bangalore . I am worrying a lot about career , my day starts with thinking about interships, skills, studies and ends with which career to pursue , startups / big MNC . All my day I am worrying. I know this should not be the case but I can't help , nobody around me are thinking about future, I can't discuss with anyone, they just chill and enjoy. Has they are from CS / EC , there placements are secured which is not the case with me. I know I should be focused on CGPA and skills ,but these thoughts scare me a lot , I don't know where should I focus on , which direction I should start working, no guidance, nothing. like this only 2022 passed. I have plans to pursue MBA . How to stop worrying

I am a student doing my internship at a startup in Bangalore. I get paid very less. I want to join a product based company. I didn't do much of either competitive programming or DSA. Currently i am learning DSA and planning to start Competitive programming to crack product companies. But i am confused is this right or should I follow some other paths?? Can anyone help me with this🥲

I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it. My younger bro is currently in his 3rd yr at NSUT Delhi. He has been learning front end for a good while. And is now also learning AI/ML. All his prep went into vain due to poor internship placements. He is now very underconfident about interning off campus and wants to directly sit for main placements. My understanding is that it’s critical to have a good brand internship and a PPO from them preferably. This worked for me as a non-techie so could be a bias. But if you or anyone you know has been through this journey, kindly suggest what should be the ideal way forward?

I am a DevOps Engineer in a series C funded startup. My current compensation is 40LPA, which included 38LPA fixed, and 2LPA performance bonus. I want to understand what my realistic expectations should be if I look out for another job. I am open to all types of companies, be it a MNC or a well established startup. I can be wrong by a huge margin, but I was expecting somewhere around 75LPA CTC with 70LPA fixed, given the fact that my promotion is due this upcoming December and I am expecting atleast 20% hike on my current CTC and in hand compensation. What are your thoughts on this. And if possible, can you guys also tell me what I should be prepared for if I get an interview opportunity for a senior level DevOps Engineer.
