Health issues coz of desk job
Anyone got costochondritis or similar rare health issues after your desk job? How did you cope and get better?
Costochondritis very common. Why would you say its rare? Its easily treated too, with just symptomatic management.
I had it once after a sport incident - resolved in a couple of weeks.

Never heard of it before or the symptoms till I had it, my costochondritis doesnt seem to go away with episodes happening every few months, can you provide suggestions?
You likely need posture correction. You should visit a physio who will advise.
The treatment is symptomatic, only pain killers and anti inflammatories.
