Employee wellbeing program for companies/startups

How important is employee wellbeing program as a driver to attract or retain talent ? www.MyGALF.com

Does your company invest in well being( Mental and Physical) of all employees ( not counting insurance stuff) ? Some of the place that i have worked, have invested a lot in it, but eventually the benefit does not get passed on to employee primarily because of lack of awareness on how to use them or people always caught with work that they don’t have time to access these help. I also feel that top executives and mid managers are not trained on how to tackle issue when their teammate reach out citing problems of what they are going through regarding mental well being. Out of ignorance the first instinct is to see if it does not hamper the org in anyway or get rid of employee. Would love to hear more on this

Are there any good platforms for online counselling in India? Not saying psychiatrists and the more medically inclined professions but more of counselling side. What are price range of sessions in such platforms? I’m working on something in this space as a solution for Bharat. Hmu if interested.

A random thought might be silly but would like your perspective on this. Lot of employees feel like working in other companies just for the experience and learning Ex: Zomato for a PM, CRED for designer and Razorpay for SDE Similarly companies want people with a particular skill like brand marketing, growth, retention etc. Also, companies sometimes are stuck with processes that are no longer relevant. This program might help people and companies get different perspective Can companies tie up to offer something like this for an employee. I feel this will make things lot more interesting.
