Wtf is pop medical science? And why is this guy giving advice when he is not a doctor?
His advice on sleep changed my life for good.
It might not be medical science too because he is a neuroscientist. He is the other kind of a doctor - PhD.

It's not a hit piece. If a public personality is a shitty person in real life and it's true, it's not a hit piece. If there's anything that the article lied about or exaggerated, it should be pointed out and I will eat my words. I like TheLiverDoctor, but man, this guy strives on just being sensational and going against the popular narrative.
