28yo Bcom Honours, where and what to do

Completed my B.com from a government college 2 years back. Have been handling family business, now planning to get my feet into the corporate world. What should be my next steps ? Short term Courses? Certifications ? Internship? I am inclined towards Finance and Management. Please advice.

I'm a 28-year-old married (Wife is also working) individual currently residing in Kolkata, where the living expenses are relatively low. I have 5 years of work experience, and my current compensation package is 28 lakhs fixed and 3 lakhs variable (approximately 1.95 lakhs in-hand salary after deductions). With no liabilities or responsibilities, my monthly expenses are around 40,000 INR, and I manage to invest around 1.5 lakhs per month. Currently, I enjoy a stable job and live with my parents, who take care of most of my living expenses. However, I'm considering the possibility of switching jobs and moving to another city, which would require me to bear the additional costs of rent, food, and other living expenses on my own. Question: Given my current financial situation and the potential for increased living costs in a new city, should I explore a job switch and relocation? Or should I continue with my current stable job and living arrangement in Kolkata, where my expenses are minimal? What factors should I consider when making this decision?

I am working in TCS from last 9 years. I have started my career through TCS but I didn't get any opportunities here. My salary is only 4 LPA in 9 years. I am a BPO3 associate. I am trying to switch but not getting as such options in Kolkata. Can anyone help me to get a job in Kolkata. Thanks in advance.

What should a B.com passout do after graduation, what are the skills to pursue a job or some ideal career ( except govt exams ).

Hello everyone. I am working in startup for last 5 years . In 2019 they hired when I was just 12th passed out, they offered us stipend at that time. They trained us for 6months and took on role. Now my bond is ended with same company. But I am not engineer passed out student. With online mode of education I have completed my BBA and right now pursuing MCA 4th semester . Now I have in total experience of 5 years. Please let me know my scope in today's corporate world.

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams. Still not able to clear any. B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything. Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.

Doston, I'm a 26 year old, run-of-the-mill MBA grad who has just been coasting through life until a very recent and intense encounter with the perils of modern life. Background brief: Academics : 8/5/8; MBA from NMIMS Mumbai ~2yrs of work ex in sales; have worked in financial sales, currently working in non-alco bev sales I have very few hard skills and am not sure where to start. Still, I'm seduced by other lucrative jobs/profiles such as finance, PM, consulting, which feel inaccessible at this point. I've accepted that there's nothing I can do to change the past, but I'm seeking guidance on how to shape my career from this point forward.
