2 bhk Flat near Bagmane constellation business park

Can anyone please help me with the points below :

1. Looking for a good residential area with security and amenities. Looking for areas nearby ofc location i.e. : Bagmane constellation business park. Any leads or general suggestions for this??

2. I'll be moving to banglore by 1st August, so I looked for Airbnb for a longer stay as hotels are expensive for 2 weeks. But every listing is far away and I'm willing to avoid the infamous traffic. So can anyone let me know any Airbnb for a month in the same area?
