Hi Is there anyone who has recently joined Kotak as SDE or an existing employee who can tell about the work culture, appraisals, wlb , it will be helpful in considering the offer.

Hi everyone , I have 2 years and 8 months experience. My current CTC was 9 LPA. Have 2 offers Kotak SDE-1 (REACT)-11.55 LPA fixed + 1.25LPA variable Sendinblue SE (Frontend) -13.8 fixed + 70K variable .
