Should I join Kotak Mahindra Bank as Sde 2?
I recently joined Epam systems and I am working for Amazon as a client. Recently I got an offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as SDE 2 but in terms of hike it is only 10% so should I go with Kotak. Can anyone help me with the culture in Kotak.

Bhai kitna pay kar rahe numbers me batao bhai aur kya yoe aur tech stack hai? Interview plain DSA tha ya aur kya pucha?
You should probably share what they’re paying. Because, 10% hike could be shit or substantial.
My opinion is, always aim good hikes in early career moves.
