Hi guys, I joined Epam 8 months back as Senior Software Engineer and working for amazon client. But now got offer from Kotak mahindra bank as SDE 2 but hike is only 10%.
So should I join kotak or not and what about culture and work in kotak.

I would suggest you consider the offer, in banks the job security is more. I swear the interest rates are not going to be cut down anytime soon or it will come back to 0 percent interest again lots of uncertainty. So layoffs will continue and get worse if you want stability consider it
But is is just starting their tech branch only
So what you will be the decision maker there
