I am in dilemma should I join accept offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as Sde 2.
I am working in service based company right now.
I am not getting any hike over my current Salary in the new offer.
How is this possible? One of my friend got Kotak Mahindra Bank SDE2 offer for 35lpa
