Which FAANG company is best for the long term.

Hey everyone, I'm currently working as a SDE at a startup with about three years of experience. I'm considering making a move, and I've received an offer from an early-stage startup where I'd be joining as a founding engineer. My main motivation for wanting to switch to some startup is the potential for high learning and growth opportunities, especially since I'm still relatively early in my career. However, I'm a bit torn between targeting multinational corporations (MNCs) like FAANG and sticking with startups.On one hand, MNCs offer more stability and potentially valuable stock options, which can be more than just paper money. So, my question is, should I prioritize learning and growth by staying with startups, or should I also consider the FAANG tag and potential stock benefits? Also Would there be any added advantage when I later interview at some FAANG , after working as a founding engineer for 3-4 years in some startup (given I’ll have to build multiple things from scratch and owning multiple modules). The base package for the offer I hold is roughly equivalent to what FAANGs pay at my level. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have received an offer from B2B startup, fairly early stage bootstrapped and going for series A this year. Base 45 JB 2 Variable 12% And esops worth 30L over four years Role SDE 2 YOE 3.5 should i still try for faang or go with this for a year, i really liked the people and team here and they are fully commited to making this startup a success and even their last company got accquired.

I have close to 14 years of experience mostly in development and solution architecture. Right now I am working in a top FMCG company for 3 years now and now I want to switch to technical product based company such as FAANG , Salesforce and so. Hi all, As the title suggests, I want to break into FAANG and companies like Uber, Walmart, MSFT and the likes but unable to do so. A bit about me: BITS Pilani 2021 grad. I have ~3 YOE as a PM, 2 years at a major ecommerce unicorn and now, I'm at a relatively mid series C startup. I had to quit that unicorn because of toxicity and health issues, I still kind of regret it. For my next move, which I'm planning in the next 2 years, I want to get into FAANG+ companies, but I'm afraid that since I'm not working at a company like Swiggy/Flipkart or a company of equivalent brand value, I won't be able to make it even past the resume screening. What should I do from here? Is it impossible for me to get into the companies I have mentioned?

I am Front End Developer planning to make my next hop. I need your suggestions on companies I can target for in Bengaluru apart from FAANG. FAANG companies never shortlisted my profile. I am trying to make a list which would help other Front End Developers too. Companies I know: Atlassian Twilio YOE: 7 CTC: 45L

Keep in consideration: Pay, WLB, culture, learning curve, when should we join (as a fresher or when retiring), growth, opportunites, etc I will go first: Any FAANG/ MAANG, so I can make a clout and start selling courses :)
