During this job hunt, what i realised is that I dont have big names on my resume expect tier1 college, and due to this I really didnt got any callback from either google or msft
I am not sure if that's the case because I have got calls from Google atleast though my resume had startups only, maybe it could be current market. Believe me or not you have got a wonderful offer atleast in terms of numbers

Hey I feel tbh we have over complicated this whole process and there is not much expected when you interview, there are primarily just three kinds of rounds, DSA, lld and hld. DSA is all about practice and you already have neetcode150 and then leetcode faang question sets, every xyz company asks the same kind of questions LLD is all about knowing OOPS and SOLID principles, and then practicing, dedicate two hours and do your machine coding round, pick questions from the internet and you will also have the solution somewhere to check and improve your thinking HLD there are two great channels, hello interview and jordan has no life, go watch them religiously, thats all you need.
And do remember there are shitty interviewers, who would expect you to know specific things, just ignore those and primarily focus on problem solving skills and first principle thinking.

I was approached by the HR, i had profile across all the hiring platforms, naukri, instahire, wellfound blahh.
Interview process did not involve dsa straightforward, but yeah problem solving lead to use of optimised algorithms and majorly interviews were all about solving multiple system design problems more focused on lld and problem solving skills to break down the statement

Go for this Job then stay for about a year or so. I expect that even though they are early stage they will hire only if they have 1year cash reserve to support it because they plan for series A soon.
I don’t expect them to have 2nd year cash reserve given that it’s bootstrapped and are paying such high salaries. They are probably relying on Series A or profitability( which seems far fetched this early).
But it is safe to say you can stay there for a year. If things go south you can always excuse that you believe in the mission and learned a lot and was required to take charge of work frequently. Basically sell the next employer on what all you learned in this highly unstable role where the startup could shut down and workforce was also lean to begin with.
Companies appreciate if you are early engineer in a startup or have tried one yourself. It really polished your resume. There are over 50k workforce EACH in Google, Meta, MSFT, etc all over the world working in FAANG. You can go there anytime, more the experience the better it is.
