a good workout plan?
what’s a good workout plan? i don’t want to go overboard doing all sorts of extreme exercises in the gym. but i want to focus on building muscle and get leaner. how many days? how many days for leg..upper body etc.

Aim - not to become a body builder, but to have a body in good shape and cuts
If u r not trying to be a body builder then no need to worry abt splits. Just focus on going regularly in the first place
I am fairly regular, like 5-6 days a week. Been doing that since few months now and want to up the game little bit
Start lifting heavy then. How much weight can you bicep curl (don't include the bar)
