PROJECT Related Issues

I worked as a support engineer (service desk engineer) for my last project in hopes of moving internal teams I stayed with the team even though my primary skill sap basis has nothing to do with it. However now I'm out of the project due to a budget issue, now I'm tagged to another project for payroll team (HCM/sf) for which the kt has yet to start its already been more than 45 days with no work to do. I wanted to do a switch but not sure if I'm capable enough with this type of relevancy experience, is sap basis worth it or shall I just look into other career opportunities.

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Hello everyone, Posting here on behalf of my friend. Hi, I have 3yoe and have been in a lot of testing and support project. I started my career with Capgemini. Was put in a testing project. Spent 2 years in api and ui testing. Never really learned anything as there wasn't any scope, just did what was necessary. This year switched to cognizant and got good hike. But here also I'm put in a support project . I monitor etl pipelines and if a particular pipeline fails run a couple of query to bring it up. That's all. I wanted to know if I study Java or python and practice in leetcode will I be able to switch to a developer profile. Current CTC 8.4 LPA YOE 3.

Why do so many people work in the Big 4 given that you have to work so many hours and your work life balance doesn’t exist. Hi all I am currently working as a business analyst for about 6 months now. Earlier was in a back end development team but was underperforming as could not really figure out what to do. I don’t like coding. The current role suits me but I don’t know if it has a good future. Current role - Analyse old product (old code) (understand the complete functionality) Suggest enhancements if asked for by the client. Give demos to on-site people/developers Test the modernised version of the product (started very recently. Called “functional testing”) Can I switch to a different company with a good jump in pay in future? I feel like the work I do is not really considered worthy and hence there is no growth in this field. Please suggest how to move forward. Would like to work for another year or two and then go for an MBA abroad.
