Fittr vs cult fit transform
Has anyone tried the programs at Fittr or cult transform to lose weight and for body building? Please share your feedback
Have been using fittr for the past three months, enrolled into a year plan. Have an awesome experience overall.
Have personally recommended it for three people I know and they're loving it as well.
Thanks @giraffe ! Can you pls tell me what makes it a good experience for you? Also - when did you start seeing results?
I'll try to keep it short. They focus on losing 1% body weight per week and not more than that as then it's not sustainable. I have been losing the same and lost about 8kgs in 3 months.
Steps + Workout + Diet is the winning combo. Diet I liked it, as they didn't tell me to eat new stuff that I never had in my diet, but rather quantified the food that I'm already eating.
Their focus is not on six packs but on lifestyle changes. So they do not entertain if you plan to lose lot of weight all of a sudden but rather it's a slow but effective approach that you learn and can carry sustainably for a lifetime.
Try PFC CLUB
No one ever lost weight or look chiseled like they show in their marketing material. It's all marketing gimmicks to make money. I hv been with them for 4 years at cult. Don't waste ur money. They use hot models to lure u to buy package n psychological manipulation advertising to trick u to waste ur money. Trust me. 😊
I joined cult in 2019, it’s neither for serious body building and nor for losing weight. It’s just a more fun means to be more active & enjoy workouts. I lost 12kg in 4months and gained back all in lockdown. Post that I started prioritising muscle gain and I’m now on a sustainable path to becoming fitter. I recently ran a 10k marathon in 52mins 😀. I haven’t tried Fittr but I’ve heard good things about the supportive community it has. If I’m 12kg overweight, I’d just go for the Cult membership and not buy their fancy boot camps or transform packs and I’ll just hit the group classes everyday at 6AM or 6PM.
I am on Fittr (earlier SQUATS) for 6 years now. They do what they say!
