Is audit work in big 4 in Dubai really super busy without work life balance?

I joined Zomato for a work life balance as I was from the Finance industry and used to work 6-6.5 days a week for 10-11 hours a day. I'm enjoying my time here but it's an individual role in sales and I'm provided 8 LPA for Tier 2 city. My peers are getting a little higher but my colleagues from the previous industry are making 12 LPA on average. I don't want to go back to finance, plus I want to engage in a team leading role. Can anyone suggest?

I am a new associate. All tasks assigned to me do not require any skills or a college degree. I feel like going through this will stagnate my skills. Every-time I show initiative, I do not succeed at making my team assign me more of the challenging tasks. Should I be more patient or look for another career or other big 4? I feel like a glorified admin assistant in my current audit role. Maybe even admins do more challenging work.

I am on bench and so are many people. I am worried that if my utilisation bad for this year then I can easily be laid off. Is this true for other big 4s?

I just cant handle the pressure and the stress in this role. I am working so hard that I have ZERO work life balance. The entire day just goes in meetings and meetings. I think that I don't know anything and am extremely worried about my future. The work pressure is a lot here, deadlines are too tight and I have been vomiting from stress at night. The worst part is, Deloitte never pays for over time. Anyone else feeling this in other Big4s? I want to switch ASAP or I will die here.

I started off my career working for a Startup because the pay was slightly higher (Startup offered me 6.5 LPA whereas EY was offering 5.5 LPA for the same role) I always wondered if I would have gotten better exposure and learning experience if I worked for one of the Big4…Does it in anyway provide additional intangible perks?

When I first joined EY as a 1st year intern, people used to hype busy season. "Sab busy honge, tere doubt koi answer nahi karega", "Forget home in busy season", "Bhai waat lag jati hai rona aata hai" However for me busy season has always been a chill and normal audit period. What's your opinion?
How is the work environment in the Big 4 firms for CA articles who have finished Intermediate? Is there enough in-depth exposure for articles who have chosen Audit?
