Ibm ISL OFFER

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity? . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company

I have got an offer of 27 lpa from ibm. My current salary is 20 lpa and the company is wipro. Tech stack is Java spring boot aws. Yoe - 9. Is this a good opportunity or do I need to grab any other offers?

Hello Everyone, This is my current condition: Yoe - 3 yrs Ctc - 21 lpa How much should I ask in ibm? They haven't informed me in which band/level I am going to be. Whats the salary does Infosys offer to a 10yrs exp candidate at Bangalore location. How much time do they take before giving an offer letter? With the current salary 15lpa how much of a hike can I expect? You are open to share your exp with Infosys.

currently I work in an ai consulting company (<40 folks) with 20+ lpa salary. recently I got an offer from a big mnc bank for around 15% hike on my total ctc. I informed my current org yesterday and they have countered me with a 20% hike now. I am confused on what to choose. ps: I have ~5 yoe.

How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package. Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ? Your suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.

Will probably be offered Technical Architect role as per the job description and current profile. Presently at 25lpa and being asked to move to Bangalore for 31lpa (have not completed HR round yet) Did I lowball myself? Not sure which band this role would fit in. Hi fishes, I have 3 yoe as Java, Spring Boot developer. I am serving notice period and current ctc is 7.92 LPA (6.48 fixed). I have an offer from Infosys 12 LPA (I guess 10.1 fixed) and today I'm gonna have a call with HR from DBS for offer negotiation. I am planning to ask for 15 Fixed. Please suggest me if I am asking for a reasonably fixed salary. Can I also ask for a joining bonus?? Kindly pen down any suggestions. #DBS #Infosys
