Ibm Isl offer

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity? . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company

Ibm ISL OFFER

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??

Got offer from ibm isl and allianz

Tech stack - java spring boot AWS cloud Yoe - 9 Current CTC - 20 lpa(18 fixed) Offers -> Ibm isl Kochi - 27 lpa fixed Allianz technology - 29.5 lpa(28 fixed) Which one is good? The joining date is on 28th Aug in both organizations. Can I negotiate with ibm and join there?
