How does snapmint make money?
Just finished an emi purchase of 1500, 500 divided in 3 months. Small test to see how it works, and it actually is zero % emi. Pretty good for small purchases less than 20k i guess, but how do they make money on 0% emi?
They might be losing money on processing charges, I think they are building a user base through a small ticket loan, hoping to build customer loyalty towards their brand and will change interest on big ticket loan, but I'm although sceptical on customer loyalty as Indian consumers are not loyal they will switch to a app which will provide them loan with least interest rate
