I have two offers in hand both are from pune location. Which company is better in terms of job security, carrer growth, wlb. 1. Worldline global services - Associate consultant 2. Amadeus labs - Software developer engineer Gr8

Worldline associate: x + 15 fixed role- associate consultant - np 90 days + 6 month probation period
Amadeus: x+ 12 fixed + 1.5 variable notice period: 2 months , permanent position
Location: Pune
Tech stack: .net

I have also just joined Amadeus myself and Pune location handles hospitality vertical of Amadeus. As far as wlb i'd say amadeus ftw but compensation vise Worldline sounds better. upto you now😀
