Is pursuing a master's degree abroad worthwhile?

Hello Everyone, I'm a final year student from a tier 2 college. I was talking to one of my friends, and he proposed the idea of pursuing a master's degree. I didn't have any plans of doing so before, but now I am considering it. I've been doing some research, and I am quite confused about whether it would be a good choice or not. There are numerous people on YouTube discussing the pros and cons of pursuing a Master of Science abroad. Some of the points include recession, permanent residency, fees, expenses, working hours, lifestyle, and the list continues. While these aspects may seem common, they appear more complicated given my current situation. To provide more context, I have been working a full-time job since my 4th semester and am currently earning more than what FAANG companies offer. If I choose to pursue a master's degree, I will likely be leaving my well-established job. Although I have the opportunity to work remotely, as I am currently doing, I am not sure if I would be able to cover my expenses with that arrangement. The reason I am considering this is to obtain a working visa that would allow me to work abroad. Thank you for your comments. Additionally, which country would you suggest for pursuing a master's degree? PS: Since I have been working alongside my studies, my CGPA isn't that high, its 8.15 as of now.
