How to find good mentor?

I have 1.5 YoE as a frontend developer in an early stage startup. I need help with deciding where do I go from here? Do I deep dive into frontend? Do I try to move to full stack? Things to consider: - I am from a non CS background - frontend in India seems to be a bit saturated, especially for entry/mid level roles. I'd appreciate your advice, thanks :)

I have been working for the past 7+ years in multiple domains and multiple technologies. My growth seems to be tapered off in the last 1.5-2 years. I'm looking for a mentor who has some good experience and can help me grow to the next level. I can pay if they need that and I respect that if they provide a good value. I have mentored multiple engineers over the past 7 years but they all have been juniors. I haven't been able to find people who are really good and have more experience than me. All over LinkedIn when I see people thanking their mentors, I wonder where they get them. I mean I hardly had any interactions with any of my college seniors. And don't get me started on my office colleagues. ( They always seem to be in a bad mood). Coming to the point. I think having honest mentors can really help you fast track your developer career. I am 3.7 yoe backend engineer worked in nodejs hive mysql mongodb. Currently serving notice due to layoff . Interested to learn springboot as wanted to move to java backend but not getting time as also needs to learn interview concepts such as dsa lld etc also organization in Np giving task in frontend how to tackle this.
