What is MLT in tcs L&D?

Hey Folks, Since I come from software engineering background so looking for some help from you all. One of my friend has about 6yr of experience working as Senior DataScientist and he is pretty good at the work. I see him continuously brushing up with almost latest things happening in ML space. He is now looking for job switch but struggling to get interview call and not able to clear rounds for scheduled interviews. Something is going off in his case, dont know what. I really want to help him so Pls help me with this question - 1. What are the companies hiring for DS2 or Senior DS role for now? 2. What is the expectation from a Data Science candidate in the interviews? 3. What are the popular interview questions that are being asked these days? 4. If possible please share your recent interview questions. This would be really helpful to all other folks as well who are preparing and are in the same route

Hi All. Before I provide offer details, a little something about me. - 9 Years experience. - Current Company - Mphasis. - 14 LPA CTC. - Worked in mostly Financial Services on Business, Data side. I have a couple of offers from Marlabs and LTI Mindtree, respectively. Offer details below. Marlabs - INR 19 LPA. All fixed. - Bangalore - Consultant Profile (Grade C2) - not sure about how immediate client side deployment will happen. - have a lot of Health and Medical industry clients. LTI Mindtree - INR 22 LPA. 20 LPA fixed. 2 LPA Variable. Unsure what has been last 2 year trend on Variable Payout - Client interviews to be scheduled post onboarding which sounds a bit weird. - Sr. BA profile. - Bangalore I have been trying to push my salary since couple of years as I started low and stayed low for longer than I should have. So that's a incentivising me for LTIM. However, I know the culture might be similar to Mphasis which I am not fully upbeat about. Marlabs has a reputation of not paying a lot. So that's kinda discouraging but the work and the culture seems good from the outside. All opinions welcome 🤗

Hey guys, so I have been interning at a company for the past 9 months. They have offered me a ppo and I will most likely accept it. But my interest lies in the ML field or some data fields such as data engineering. Can anyone advice me how do I go about it? Like should go for masters(my undergrad degree is not CS or some pheonix branch). Should I learn on my own and keep giving interview. Or should I take some experience in sde and then switch? Hey everyone I am currently in final year, doing my bachelor's in CS and majoring in AI ML. I have some projects under me like music generation using lstm and sentimental analysis of social media under me. I am also working on a project called Source code vulnerability detection. I am open to both internships and job offers. If anyone knows, any company is hiring please let me know as I haven't have much luck in my on campus placement( primarily because not many companies are visiting for AI/ML roles). Hi, A friend wants to do a course from GrowthX. Specifically this one - https://www.growthx.club/ 75k, 8 weeks. Focused on growth - customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention, and monetization. Mostly apt for app based businesses. The friend has not worked on these areas before. Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.
